No kidding, I love this chapter! Everything in it is so easy to understand and very tactical like you said which makes it feel much easier to apply to our daily lives.

There are so many versus I could quote, our society in the US needs to read this and live it out. Everyone is so quick to judge others and not just lightly but with venom. thats not our job!
