Consequently, just as one trespass resulted in condemnation for all people, so also one righteous act resulted in justification and life for all people.
That puts a LOT on Adam's shoulders. I think if I was in his situation, I probably would have made the same decision he did. But, its an interesting way to look at it. One "wrong-ing" the world, the other "righting" it. One for self, the other being completely selfless.
I really like the part of this chapter that talks about how its much easier to die for a righteous person. But, Christ died for the wicked.........I can simplifiy that a little for my daily life. Its easy for me to love the people that treat me well, its really hard to think about sacrificing for the knuckleheads that treat me like I don't matter.
