I didn't pull much from these 2. It is interesting to read how the two groups were ruled, between Israel and Judah. And how they related to each other. It seems for the most part they weren't really following God's laws and commands, and God wasn't really happy with them. The 2 chapters seems to be more negative than positive. It didn't even seem like one king was written about more than the others.
To be honest, I kept reading and am now in 17. It gets better there.

I had read ch15 but didn't post because I had nothing and found 16 to be similar. I do get that the actions we take today can impact generations. scary
