Good wrap up line. Be good to each other......love God. That's really what it boils down to. If we can just do that, we are headed in the right direction.
The overall feeling I get from this chapter is a little negative. It seems like Paul has been ranting against the people and how they are living. I supposed that's natural in the early church, for people to get a little off track dealing with the lack of wisdom and leadership. That's probably why there's so much written about his humility and how hardship breeds growth.

you picked the best verse in the chapter. Otherwise it is a bit negative, but with purpose as you noted. This was good to read right after I got off a racing forum where I read some posts about a guy stealing money from a friend of mine. lying right on the forum. my blood was boiling and I was so tempted to post a hateful message back. that is not what I am called to be no matter the circumstances. live in peace
