I think the underlying message here is that we should be conducting ourselves in a way that is healthy for us, and will glorify God and not ourselves. Paul seems to take a pretty hard line stance on women here. It's interesting how we talks about Eve. The funny thing about saying she was the one deceived is that Adam was standing right beside her, and he said nothing.....hmmmm.
Ha--I ha seen your comments before I read the chapter but didn't get it. Now I do. So are you telling me if you were beside Eve you would have had the stones to tell her no don't do it? ha
