21 Many are the plans in a person’s heart,
but it is the Lord’s purpose that prevails.
I think we kind of talked about this but there is the life plan I try to direct and control but it's God's plan that I need to follow. I think this points out that God is in control regardless of what I think.
So rather than trying to direct my own path, seek his direction--
8 The one who gets wisdom loves life;
the one who cherishes understanding will soon prosper.
27 Stop listening to instruction, my son,
and you will stray from the words of knowledge.

There's a couple that I really like today. No rhyme or reason to string them together.

25 Flog a mocker, and the simple will learn prudence;
rebuke the discerning, and they will gain knowledge.
I like that last one...just because I like how "flog-a-mocker" sounds...hahaha
