The versus immediately before this talk of the majestic tree and the statement that I, God, made it. I see this as another reminder to be humble. There is nothing we have that is from our own doing. He gave us every capability we have and he wants us to use those gifts to give him glory not give ourselves glory. Pride is dangerous.

Amen Brutha! Not only did God make the tree suffer for its arrogance, but all the trees around it.....and even the streams dried up. I think its a good example of how much influence we can have for God....both in a positive manner, or negative.

seeing some of the SEMA stuff made me think i need to go sometime when I know you will be there. There were back to back drag races in Vegas over the last 2 weeks. I'm sure a lot of my friends made their way to the show, I always here them talking about SEMA at the track but I've never been to one.
