14-17 Then he told me, “These are those who come from the great tribulation, and they’ve washed their robes, scrubbed them clean in the blood of the Lamb. That’s why they’re standing before God’s Throne.
There's something around clothing....and how our sin affects our clothes. Remember in the garden when Adam and Eve sinned, that caused the first animals to be sacrificed to provide them with clothing. Actually, God killed the animals, I think. Now here we see a picture of a large group of people who's robes have been made clean by Jesus' sacrifice for us. Because of that sacrifice, we can be in God's presence. There's so much imagery here, it is almost overload for me.

I didn't have a specific verse, although I would say the one you picked kept catching my eyes. I kept reading it literally thinking its strange that washing the clothes in blood turned them white. But I like not only what you picked out of it, but also the fact that your are drawing off of reading from Genesis and here we are in Revelation. God's word is woven together from beginning to end. I agree the imagery so far in Revelation is overloading. I'm also not smart enough to draw out all the messages that are probably sitting in front of me.
