This verse keeps me going at work, when it becomes a slog!

I needed that reminder from verse 12 you shared, it gives purpose to my work even if the job part of my work is a slog. There is an importance to giving my best for Him.
ReplyDelete12 Therefore, as God’s chosen people, holy and dearly loved, clothe yourselves with compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness and patience.
I like this imagery as well clothes are things others can see. God knows my heart, but living with these other traits is a visible display of trying to be as Christ like as possible. Its important as a Christian that what others can see also reflects the instructions God has given us.
