Revelation 15

We then see the seven angels each receiving a golden bowl full of the wrath of God. Bowls of wrath is an image used by Isaiah to describe God’s wrath coming to punish sinners.

This is from the same "Revelation for Dummies" that I've been looking to for guidance.  This isn't a major take....just another point where the bible tie itself together in story/imagery/message.

If this really is the last of the destruction, I'm happy.  Its tough reading through this book with all the death/fire/torture/etc.

  1. 3 and sang the song of God’s servant Moses and of the Lamb:

“Great and marvelous are your deeds,
    Lord God Almighty.
Just and true are your ways,
    King of the nations.[a]

Grabbed a verse from Moses song. I may not understand a lot of what is written in the bible and especially in Revelation. But this verse of the song is a reminder that God is great and God is fair--just. So I need not worry about stuff I don't understand but hang onto the truth that I know that all his decisions about his people will be justified.
