This one caught my attention. It makes it sound like there is an "unholy trinity" and the 3 of them will be cast into the lake of fire together. I'm not sure if I've ever caught that before.
The other part that gave me pause was the part about the first death, and the second death. Those dead being wakened and standing before the throne. That makes it sound like you don't go to heaven when you die, but may lie in wait for a while. At the same time....we know that God isn't bound by time. So, for a Friday...that one is WAY too deep for me to decipher.

rushing a bit to catch up. i read your comments to 20 after I had read 19. now your comments about a second death make a lot more sense! For chapters like this I just have to believe and know that I don't understand everything. I could twist my mind up trying to figure out how it is going to work in the end. I know I believe in Jesus and what he did for me. that part is clear!
