I've been working on this with Max and Ben. Trying to get them to understand that when the insults start flying, or the trash talking starts....the best way to end it is to say nothing. Or even go the other way, and agree with the insults that are being hurled at them. As soon as you say one thing, it escalates the situation to the next level.

nothing jumped out for me as I read this morning, but I like what you picked out its so true. zipping it goes a long ways towards ending the conflict.
