41 Those who accepted his message were baptized, and about three thousand were added to their number that day.
Pretty amazing chapter, the birth of our church 2,000 years ago. How convicted the people must have felt after listening to Peter's sermon. They asked what to do and he said repent and be baptized. The simple message we should be prepared to share if ever asked by someone looking to received the gift of the Holy Spirit.

wow...that outline is pretty neat. I've read thru Acts before, and always felt that it was really important, with the beginnings of the church, but I've struggled with it.
