19 But Peter and John replied, “Which is right in God’s eyes: to listen to you, or to him? You be the judges!
This is my verse today. I'm asking myself the same question. Are you going to listen to the world?, or to God? Which is more important to you? It's an obvious answer. But, I don't act like it sometimes. I think the truth is, that I don't know exactly what that means. Am I to sell some plots of land and lay it at the disciples feet?
Today, I'm driving down to Elkhart In. to go to Trent's funeral. It's gonna be a tough one. I don't even really know what happened yet. I have a feeling its not good.

Very sorry to hear about Trent, it is very disturbing to lose someone so unexpectedly at such a young age.
ReplyDelete34 that there were no needy persons among them. For from time to time those who owned land or houses sold them, brought the money from the sales
I found it interesting that there were no needy among them. Now we have a big huge government to take care of us but the needy have grown. Maybe less government and more faith would be a good thing.
I pray that you were able to support Trent's family with your presence. I pray that you also were supported by being in the presence of others remembering Trent.
