I read up through chapt. 19 yesterday where the division of land and boundaries was completed. It is interesting how much detail is given about the boundaries. I wonder why God wanted all of this documented for us in his word? Maybe one reason is it to illustrate the Bible contains accurate historical records--to make it clear miracles documented are also accurate historical record and not just stories passed down through generations?
And yes boundaries are good. In our Sunday school parenting class we are discussing the importance of establishing clear boundaries for our kids--a very biblical concept. later ck
