Song of Songs 2

16-17 My lover is mine, and I am his.
Nightly he strolls in our garden,
Delighting in the flowers
until dawn breathes its light and night slips away.
Turn to me, dear lover.
    Come like a gazelle.
Leap like a wild stag
    on delectable mountains!

I always have The Message on in parallel with the NIV and for this chapter I think The Message is going to be a more colorful read.  Like you said yesterday it I like the fact that while its talking about the passion of enjoying each other it continuously has the man referencing his friend.   Interestingly she only references him as lover.

Its also interesting that its a stroll in our garden, the physical loving of each other is something we both own and should enjoy.

Also is God telling us its OK for us men to be in pursuit of getting a little loving in with our women?  Wild stag?  Try a Google search on Wild Stag, her is the first thing that comes up-Wild Stag is a herbal supplement based on traditional Tibetan health and science. Extracting potent ingredients from pure unique Tibetan herbs harvested from hight fertile mountaionous regions in the Himalayan mountains 4000 metres above sea level.

Might have to try the God told me to be a wild stag line, I mean sheesh I'm just trying to be a biblical man right? lol

  1. I'll try anything if it, even remotely, has a chance of working. I'm in.
I had my 7th grade boys bible study last night, so I didn't get any conversation with Kim, to find out how I'm doing. I'm sure there's room for improvement.
